Muhammad Fahad Naeem is a dual-national professional (Australia & Pakistan) with over 14 years of leadership experience spanning public service, corporate governance, digital transformation, and multi-sector business management. His career reflects a unique blend of international exposure and hands-on leadership across finance, human resources, business expansion, research & development, and strategic investments, guided by a focus on innovation, governance, and sustainable enterprise growth.
Fahad began his professional journey in Australia’s Public Service, where he gained deep expertise in claims processing, compliance, financial management, and people operations — developing a strong foundation in structured policy execution and service excellence.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems (M.Phil equivalent in Pakistan) with an Interim Award: Postgraduate Diploma of Management from Central Queensland University, Australia, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Research Studies in Environmental Informatics from Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia.
During his academic tenure at Griffith University, Fahad served as a Research Associate on the Environmental Informatics Project, contributing to the development and deployment of digital buoys within the Logan River catchment area of Queensland. These buoys provided early flood warnings by transmitting near real-time data on water levels and flow conditions.
He played a key role in the development of a Near Real-Time, Low-Cost Flood Monitoring System based on SEMAT (Smart Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Technologies) — a wireless sensor network designed to monitor floods across the Logan and Albert River catchments. The system delivered 15-minute interval data updates, enabling authorities and at-risk populations to monitor unfolding flood events and take preventive safety actions.
In addition, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at Griffith University, conducting lectures and tutorials on behalf of his supervisor, Mr. Jarred Trevathan, thereby refining his communication, academic, and mentoring skills.
He is also skills-assessed as a Business Analyst by the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
Upon returning to Pakistan, Fahad joined the SOS Group of Companies, where he has played a transformative role in modernizing, diversifying, and expanding the Group’s operations across Cash-in-Transit (CIT), logistics, security, medical manufacturing, and energy sectors.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SOS Technologies (Private) Limited, a sister concern of SOS Group, where he leads strategic operations, business development, and innovation initiatives within the medical and healthcare manufacturing sector. Under his leadership, SOS Technologies has expanded into surgical disposables, healthcare textiles, and pharmaceutical R&D, focusing on local manufacturing excellence and international market penetration.
